The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a sandbox, a table tennis table, a bicycle and a terrace and there are two sets of garden furniture and two barbecues. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, two hairdryers, a shower, two toilets and a bath with shower.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless) and a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is toys, een baby bath, a high chair, a cot and a cot and there are two playground equipment.

Kitchen

Our bungalow is suitable for those seeking peace and quiet who want to enjoy nature to the fullest, as well as for active holidaymakers, as it is located directly at the starting point of numerous hiking and cycling trails.

Waxweiler, a picturesque Eifel holiday resort in the border triangle of Germany/Belgium/Luxembourg, is home to around 1200 inhabitants and is a proud part of the German-Luxembourg Nature Park.

In the summer months, our guests can use the heated communal outdoor pool with a modern aluminum swimming pool, a separate non-swimmers' pool and a children's pool. The spacious lawn offers enough space for sun worshipers and shade lovers and allows the entire family unrestricted freedom of movement.

For our younger guests there is an indoor playhouse, an outdoor playground or the large bouncy castle, which is available in the summer months.

Note: We ask for your understanding that our accommodation is intended exclusively for tourist and private stays and therefore cannot be used by assembly or construction workers.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
