The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a sandbox, a table tennis table, a terrace and a bicycle and there are two barbecues and two sets of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless) and a tumble dryer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot, a high chair, een baby bath, a cot and toys and there are two playground equipment.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a coffee maker, a stovetop and an oven.

Waxweiler, a picturesque Eifel holiday resort in the border triangle of Germany/Belgium/Luxembourg, is home to around 1200 inhabitants and is a proud part of the German-Luxembourg Nature Park. Our bungalow is suitable for those seeking peace and quiet who want to enjoy nature to the fullest, as well as for active holidaymakers, as it is located directly at the starting point of numerous hiking and cycling trails.

In the summer months, our guests can use the heated communal outdoor pool with a modern aluminum swimming pool, a separate non-swimmer pool, and a children's pool. The spacious lawn offers enough space for sun worshipers and shade lovers and allows the entire family unrestricted freedom of movement.

For our younger guests, there is an indoor playhouse, an outdoor playground, or the large bouncy castle, which is set up in the summer months.

You have the choice between self-catering or the opportunity to indulge in culinary delights in the surrounding restaurants.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
