Discover the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday close to nature in the Hunsrück. The Göttert family's holiday flats not only offer you a cosy retreat, but also the opportunity to leave everyday life behind you. Whether you want to go hiking or cycling - you've come to the right place. We also attach great importance to sustainability: our house is supplied with green electricity directly from our own roof.
The non-smoking holiday flat, located in a former barn building, has a separate entrance and a modern interior. In the large living room and lounge, combined with a kitchenette, you will find everything you need for your stay. The kitchen was completely renovated in 2011 and is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and an extractor bonnet. The spacious bathroom has a bathtub with shower facilities, and a large double bed awaits you in the bedroom. An extra bed or bunk bed can be provided for children. The flat is fully tiled and has underfloor heating for cosy warmth.
Outside, you will find a terrace that was redesigned in April 2020 with direct access to the garden. The garden extends over an area of 3000 square metres and offers table tennis, swings and a barbecue area as well as numerous seating areas for relaxing. The property is mostly bounded by hedges and fences, but there are passages to the neighbouring properties that are not closed off.
The area surrounding the holiday flat is ideal for a variety of activities. Unzenberg is located in the heart of the Hunsrück, near Simmern/Kirchberg, and is surrounded by a picturesque natural landscape. The rivers Rhine, Nahe, Moselle and Saar and their historic villages are in the immediate vicinity and are ideal destinations for day trips. For active holidaymakers, there are excellent hiking trails/dream loops, and cycling tours, horse riding, golf courses and climbing options are also available in the region.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
