Welcome to Ulmen in the Volcanic Eifel region, to our holiday apartment for two people in a modern country style, near Daun and Cochem/Moselle.

The self-contained apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the southern edge of the village (Fronwiese 12) and features two rooms, a shower/toilet, and a hallway.

The living area includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, a sofa and armchair, and a flat-screen TV. The double bedroom, furnished with natural wood furniture, has adjustable slatted bed bases and hypoallergenic bedding. The beds will, of course, be made upon your arrival. The bright and welcoming shower room with a glass enclosure leaves nothing to be desired; a hairdryer and fluffy towels are provided. The garden, with its various seating areas, invites you to relax and unwind.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
