Detailed information

The house has a separate entrance via the courtyard directly onto our beautiful vineyard. The spacious ground floor comprises an entrance area with a cloakroom, a kitchen, a combined living and dining room, and two guest toilets. A true highlight: the private wine tasting room is accessible from the kitchen.

On the first floor, you'll find two bedrooms and the bathrooms. The second floor features a third bedroom and an office (where a cot or a mattress for a seventh person can be placed). The rooms on the upper floor are also separated by doors and a small hallway. The courtyard with a terrace and parking area is available for our guests.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
