The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a radio, a stereo, a CD player, a heater, two televisions and a fireplace. In addition there is a balcony. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins and two showers.

The holiday home has a freezer, a tumble dryer and a fridge.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher and a stove.

Detailed information

After water damage in 2009, everything was renovated:

On the first floor, you'll find the large living and dining area, along with the kitchen. From here, there's a beautiful view of the Moselle River. A small balcony for two people, also with a view of the Moselle, is located on this level.

On the second floor, there's a spacious bathroom and a bedroom for two people. A space-saving staircase leads to the attic, which has been converted into a reading room, playroom, and second TV room.

In 2015, we purchased the adjacent house and completely renovated it. This provides the perfect opportunity for a second family to vacation together. (House Any 1)

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
