Our guests can expect a comfortable 65m² holiday apartment with ample space for 2 adults and 2 children. A bedroom with a large 2x2 m double bed, a living room with a sofa, armchair, and dining table, as well as a bathroom with shower and a kitchen are at our disposal. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Two coffee machines (Senseo and standard) including coffee grounds/pods, as well as a basic selection of spices, are provided. A travel cot with a child's mattress can be provided for small children. Up to two extra beds are available for older children.

The spacious bathroom with shower and toilet also includes a washing machine.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
