This holiday apartment is brand new and light with a modern and elegant décor. It offers a wonderful view towards the lake, the locality and the valley. The apartment is in a pretty residential area. It is a non-smoking apartment. Smokers can make use of the roofed terrace.

The apartment measures around 75m² and is suitable for 2 to 6 people. It has a big living and sleeping room with a double sofa bed, a dining corner with a panoramic view of the lake, two separate bedrooms, one with a big double bed and one with a French double bed (140cm wide), a new quality kitchen with a dishwasher, four-ring ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, two coffee machines (pads and filter), and a storage room. There is a shower room with a WC and washbasin and there is an additional guest WC with a little washbasin. The apartment also has a hallway, cloakroom space and central heating. The living room provides a flatscreen digital TV (107cm, HD TV, two satellites: Astra and Hotbird with many German and international channels), digital radio, a DVD player, CD player, a stereo system and games. Wireless Internet access is available in all rooms for your own digital devices. There are also digital TVs in the two bedrooms.

There is a big, roofed balcony facing west, towards the valley and lake, with a wonderful view of the lake and the locality. Garden furniture is provided. The balcony is accessed from the living room, the dining corner and the smaller bedroom. There is parking space right in front of the entrance. There is a garage that can be used for bicycles or motorbikes.

A sauna and solarium, as well as a washing machine, can be used in the nearby villa at Maarberg. The apartment provides a microwave, two coffee machines, a kettle and a toaster, pots and pans, and crockery and cutlery for all guests. A child’s bed and highchair can be provided free of charge.

It is just a few minutes‘ walk to the lake and town centre.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
