Relax in our fully renovated (2017) basement apartment with a view of the Schmalberg mountain in the East Eifel recreation area.

Our apartment is particularly suitable for guests seeking a quiet place for their vacation, as well as for hiking enthusiasts who want to explore the Rieden and Volkesfeld dream trails, or for guests looking for short-term accommodation.

Children are also very welcome and we offer a large play area right next to the house, a playhouse on stilts with a slide, a large trampoline, a trapeze swing, and other play equipment. A nearby playground will make children's hearts beat even faster and ensure an unforgettable adventure.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
