This comfortable flat has a bedroom with a double bed (2 x 2 metres), a cot (max. 3 years) and a large wardrobe. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, oven and various electrical appliances such as a toaster, egg cooker, coffee and bread machine, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment and a microwave. The spacious bathroom has a bathtub with shower facilities and a toilet. Underfloor heating ensures pleasant temperatures on cold days. The flat also has a small storage room.
The separate entrance to the flat is on the right-hand side of the house. The kitchen leads to the terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. There are two private car parking spaces directly in front of the house.
Guests can use the internet connection / WLAN free of charge.
The surrounding area is characterised by many hiking and cycling trails. Most of them can be easily reached in just a few minutes. Pölich is surrounded by vineyards in the beautiful Moselle valley. The medieval town of Bernkastel-Kues is approx. 30 km away and the oldest city in Germany: Trier can be reached in approx. 20 minutes via the motorway. Horse riding and golf are just a short distance away, and a bathing lake with mini-golf, summer toboggan run and adjoining restaurant can also be reached via the neighbouring cycle path. From spring to autumn, you can visit many beautiful and cosy wine festivals in Pölich and the surrounding villages. Shopping facilities, cafés and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away.
