The flat itself, located on the 1st floor with 68 square metres of living space, is optimally furnished for up to 4 people. Both bedrooms offer a wonderful view over the Eifel-Ardennes cycle path directly into nature. A fully equipped corner kitchen with dining area leaves nothing to be desired and includes amenities such as a microwave, coffee machine and toaster. The spacious bathroom has a WC, shower, washbasin, hairdryer and towels.

The outdoor area of the holiday flat invites you to linger and relax. Whether on a walk through the neighbouring mixed forest, relaxing under the large maple tree or enjoying a cosy barbecue evening, everyone will find their own personal spot to enjoy. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
