Just over an hour's drive south of Cologne, our lovingly furnished detached house for up to 6 guests is situated on a beautiful, approximately 1,250 m² garden plot in the Volcanic Eifel region.

The detached holiday home, located at the entrance to Stroheich, offers 114 m² of living space. This is distributed across a living room, 3.5 bedrooms, a full bathroom (upstairs), a shower room with WC (downstairs), a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy dining area (bay window), and a pantry.

On the large property with its well-maintained garden and spacious terrace, you can relax, enjoy the fresh air, sunbathe, barbecue, pick strawberries, currants, gooseberries, cherries, or apples (depending on the season), play bocce, badminton, or football, and much more. Ample parking is available in front of the house, as well as a carport next to it.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
