The holiday home for 9 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with six single beds and six double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, ten televisions, a radio and two heathers. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a garage, a freezer, a fridge and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and there are three cots.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a stove, a coffee maker and an oven.

Detailed information

Our cozy vacation home is located on the edge of the village of Hundheim, conveniently situated near the Hunsrück High Road and Frankfurt-Hahn Airport. The nearest train station is Wittlich.

In the spacious eat-in kitchen, you can plan excursions to the many nearby attractions and leisure activities.

Three bedrooms with double beds are available for a restful night's sleep.

You can park your car or motorcycles in the large garage directly in the house. There is also a parking space for campervans.

Our second apartment (on the 3rd floor) is 54 square meters and accommodates two people. It features an open-plan kitchen, living/dining area, bedroom, and bathroom. A lot of wood has been used in its construction.

Addendum to the house rules: For insurance reasons, we cannot allow the storage and charging of e-bike/electric bicycle batteries in the apartment. (VdS Information Sheet 3103) Charging and storage facilities are available outside the apartment upon request. We kindly ask that you do not bring even regular bicycles into the apartment.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
