Welcome – our holiday home, Hundeferienhaus Derber, is located in the Eifel region near Kyllburg in the quiet village of Mohrweiler. The property is fenced and accessible even for large motorhomes. Ample parking is available.
Up to 8 people can be accommodated in 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, and 1 bathroom.
The living room and the new kitchen are combined in one large open-plan space.
The beautiful fireplace invites you to enjoy romantic evenings.
The holiday home is situated on a fenced, level plot of 3600 square meters.
Children can play safely and freely here, and dogs can run off-leash.
Please bring your own bed linen (90cm x 2m) and towels. In secluded areas, naturists can enjoy the sun and relax without clothing. A new barrel sauna is available for an additional €10 per night. A garage is also available.
Attention: Dissatisfied/petty/allergic dog owners and unruly children please do not book!!! On 3600 square meters, not everything can be perfect for everyone.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
