Discover our cosy holiday home, the ideal retreat for your holiday. Lovingly furnished, it offers enough space for up to five people to enjoy a relaxing break. We attach great importance to ensuring that you can fully relax and unwind away from the stresses and strains of everyday life. Our house is also a strict non-smoking area and unfortunately not suitable for dogs or other pets out of consideration for allergy sufferers.
Inside, a spacious living room with approx. 32 m² of living space awaits you, furnished with a cosy couch corner consisting of two two-seater couches and an armchair. A separate area with two armchairs invites you to read and relax. The modern fitted kitchen, fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and numerous kitchen utensils, provides culinary delights. For a peaceful night's sleep, there is a double bedroom, a twin room and a single room - all lovingly furnished and equipped with lockable wardrobes. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate guest WC, as well as a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing equipment.
The outdoor area of our holiday home invites you to spend cosy hours outdoors with a terrace, barbecue facilities and full seating. An idyllic meadow directly behind the house offers space to relax and play, rounding off the charming exterior appearance of our non-smoking holiday home.
The area surrounding the holiday home in the "Oberes Kylltal" recreation area in the recognised tourist resort of Lissendorf is a paradise for nature and sports enthusiasts. Extensive cycle tours, challenging hikes through the picturesque Volcanic Eifel and adventures at the Nürburgring await you here. For culture lovers, historic cities such as Aachen and Koblenz offer exciting excursion destinations. Lissendorf itself boasts a good infrastructure, including a bakery, grocery shop, medical care and a direct railway connection.

From March 2026 the Wiesentalstraße in Lissendorf will be renovated. There may therefore be temporary noise and restricted access to the holiday home. We are in contact with the municipality to minimise disruption for our guests. Thank you for your understanding

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
