General

The holiday home for 8 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN and wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven and a dishwasher.

A beautiful space to live and to relax in the central part of the old town of Linz.
There is much space to sleep for up to 6 to 8 persons, when you rent the whole house with 2 separate appartments
(3 big size beds and one sleeping couch), and you have space to relax.
In the groundfloor, you can look in my Atelier - loft, where you live with 2 persons, where I intend to present in the winter artcourses ( fine arts, acrylics , paintings on silk )
or where you can hold up some Art- meetings with your friends and me, preparinmg for example visits to the museums nearby......

You will enjoy the calm and groovy old house upstairs with 2 bedrooms in the 2nd floor, one bathroom and a full covered kitchen and 2 rooms in the 1st floor
In the groundfloor there is also a fully equipped kitchen, a new bathroom and a big loft with a dining place. 2 beds

I you like to come with more persons, you can rent the appartment in the 1st and 2nd floor - there is place for up to 6 persons. Or you take the whole house for up to 8 persons

For excursions you can walk over the Rheinsteig or go by ship to Bonn or Cologne or to the Mosel valley.

You can also go by bike to the Ahrvalley or along the Rhineriver.

In the town of Linz you will admire beautiful timbered houses, the town is called - the "coloured city" along the rhine.

The main station is a 10 minutes walk , from there can reach Bonn in 20 minutes or Cologne in 35 minutes.

So if you are interested, I could show you the most famous museums of Germany - the Museum Ludwig in Colgne, the Kunstmuseum in Bonn, the Arp Museum in Rolandseck. I am working in the fine Arts, teaching kids and students and producing pictures myself and i offer you to visit some of the museums for a little charge.

Some of the nicest pictures are hanging in the appartment and the Atelier - loft to enjoy you .

Anyway, if you want to go by bike, you can hire them in a shop about 200m from the house.
So you can go along the rhinevalley or into the ahrvalley by bike, which is a fascinating turn.

So I recommand also to visit the traditional christmas markets in Bonn and Cologne , even in Linz you have a christmasmarket on the weekends.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
