In addition there is a bicycle, a garden and a pond and there are two trampolines, three balconies, six sets of garden furniture and two terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with a bath, a hairdryer, two showers and three washbasins.

The holiday home has two fridges, a garage, two washing machines, two freezers and two tumble dryers.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot and there are three cots.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two coffee makers, two ovens and two dishwashers.

This spacious and comfortable nature retreat (5 DTV stars), with a separate entrance, is exclusively yours.

It comprises the two upper floors (first and attic) of this eco-friendly country house.

Pure freedom:

Living-dining-kitchen area = 80 sq m, other areas 130 sq m. Total living space = 210 sq m + 3 balconies, 60 sq m wooden terrace, and fitness room.

For example, you can stay with 2 guests on 150 sq m on the first floor, or with 10-12 guests on 210 sq m on the first and attic floors.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
