Our barrier-free dream vacation apartment was designed for up to four people (two bedrooms, two bathrooms) and furnished to a high standard with all modern amenities. The living space is over 120 square meters.

The light-filled open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area alone spans 70 square meters. The fully equipped kitchen offers you the choice of cooking or baking, enjoying a quick snack at the kitchen counter, or having a proper dinner at the large dining table.

Afterwards, relax with a cozy evening watching television in the living area with its large, floor-to-ceiling windows, or enjoy a glass of wine on the private terrace surrounded by greenery.

The house is located on a quiet residential street with no through traffic.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
