The big plus is the spacious enclosed garden with 2 terraces for sun or shade. You park safely on private property and can charge your car. Although the area is touristy, you will enjoy peace and quiet here.

This fairytale-like medieval castle towers high above the town and offers impressive views over the Moselle valley.

Not far away is another gem: Burg Eltz. Tucked away in a wooded valley, this perfectly preserved castle seems straight out of a fantasy film. You reach it via an idyllic hiking trail or a short drive, and once inside you walk through centuries-old halls full of history. The region is also popular with walkers and cyclists, with numerous routes along the river, through forests and over vineyards.
