Our holiday home Barbara is located in a weekend house area in the Westerwald. The holiday home is available for sole use with a fenced property area of approx. 330 square metres. There are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and an open-plan living/dining area. There is also a covered terrace facing south. The weekend home area in 57647 Enspel is located in the northern Rhineland-Palatinate between the towns of Hachenburg, Bad Marienberg and Westerburg. There are several ponds in the immediate vicinity, although these are not open to the public, and shopping facilities, restaurants, a pharmacy and much more can be found approx. 1 km away in the town of Nistertal, which also has train connections to the towns of Hachenburg, Westerburg, Limburg and Cologne.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
