The 42 m² apartment features a living/dining room, a well-equipped fitted kitchen (toaster, kettle, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, etc.), a dining table with chairs, a sofa bed (140 cm wide), TV, radio, and free landline calls. A bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, as well as a bathroom with shower/toilet, are also included.

The approximately 18 m² wooden terrace, complete with seating, borders an orchard. A private parking space is located at the entrance to the apartment.

We have renovated:

2020: New sofa, new dimmable lighting in the living/dining room with remote control, terrace painted

2021: Terrace decking replaced and driveway/parking area repaved

2022: New towels

2023: New paint, new kitchen including freezer compartment

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
