The Sonnenblume holiday apartment features a beautiful garden terrace overlooking the Moselle River.

Haus Flora is situated in a quiet residential area with lovely views, very close to the Cochem leisure center (sports field, outdoor swimming pool, mini-golf, indoor wave pool with children's area, sauna, solariums, fitness room, bowling alley – a 5-minute walk), a children's playground, and a shopping center. The town center is about a 15-minute walk away.

Haus Flora offers a total of three spacious holiday apartments with balconies/terraces, each accommodating two to five people, and two studios, each accommodating two people.

A reserved parking space is available free of charge for each accommodation.

Bed linens and towels are provided, and the apartments are equipped with dishwashers.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
