Enjoy the view of the Moselle, Marienburg Castle, and the surrounding vineyards from our sun-drenched rooftop terrace with its relaxation area. Among the vineyards is the "Bullayer Brautrock," after which we named our apartment. Whether you're seeking rest and relaxation or prefer an active holiday, our apartment offers the perfect base for all your needs.

This exclusively furnished and partially air-conditioned apartment features a separate entrance, 85 m² of living space, a 110 m² rooftop terrace, a bedroom with box-spring beds, and access via stairs. Please note that the apartment is not wheelchair accessible.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
