Our house is located directly adjacent to the vineyards of Bruttig.

The approximately 60 m² holiday apartment is comfortably furnished for two people and has its own spacious sun terrace (approx. 15 m²).

It features a fully equipped modern kitchen with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, etc.

The living area includes a flat-screen TV, a sofa set, and a sofa bed for an additional sleeping space.

A spacious separate bedroom with a box-spring bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet complete the accommodation. The apartment has underfloor heating throughout.

Hiking routes of varying difficulty levels are available in the apartment.

The holiday apartment has a separate entrance and parking space. A Weber gas grill is provided.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
