Our newly renovated holiday apartment no. 1 is barrier-free, measures approximately 60 m², and can accommodate up to 4 people. It features a bedroom with a box-spring bed and a bedroom with a twin comfort bed (which can be separated into two single beds upon request), a spacious kitchen-living room, a kitchenette with a dishwasher and a dining table with 4 chairs, a living area with a sofa and flat-screen TV, a bathroom with a shower/toilet and a washing machine, and a storage room.

A private terrace and additional seating areas in the garden invite you to relax.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
