The holiday home for 2 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with a double bed and a single sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a CD player, a radio, two televisions, a heather and a stereo. In addition there is a balcony and a terrace and there are two sets of garden furniture. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a bath, a hairdryer and a washbasin.

The holiday home has two washing machines, a freezer and a fridge.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a coffee maker, a microwave and a dishwasher.

Our Art Nouveau villa, dating back to 1876, is located directly adjacent to Bernkastel's town park and the Moselle River.

We have completely renovated and tastefully furnished this 5-star, non-smoking holiday apartment. It is accessed via a staircase from the courtyard.

The bedroom features a box-spring bed and a desk. Next to the kitchen is the living room with a dining area, a sofa bed, and a seating area. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and towels are provided. The balcony overlooks the town park and the Moselle River. Pets are not allowed.

Our holiday apartment boasts a prime location, just steps from the medieval market square.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
