Your host: Rough, spirited, lovable: That's my wire-haired dachshund Jaco, and perhaps we have a lot in common. Depending on the season and our mood, Jaco and I are the residents of Haus Jaco. Occasionally, however, we also rent our home as a holiday retreat to friendly guests who would like to get to know our region.

Haus Jaco is nestled amidst the most beautiful gardens of Bell in a quiet residential area, with views of the surrounding countryside. The property is fully fenced, ensuring the safety of children and dogs.

Bookings are possible by prior arrangement over the phone. I would be delighted to share my "tiny house" with you, designed by an architect and built with a mix of high-quality, regional, and original materials.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
