The interior of the flat is designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. In addition to an inviting bedroom with a double bed, television and a further sleeping place on a comfortable sofa bed in the living area, also with television and a music system with radio and CD, the flat promises uncomplicated holidays with a washing machine and tumble dryer for your sole use. A fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, extractor bonnet, dishwasher, fridge with large freezer compartment, filter and capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and much more makes it easy to cook for yourself and enjoy meals together.

The whole flat is at ground level. There is only one step outside the front door. You can park directly next to the flat in the courtyard or on the street by our garage.
The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. There are plenty of towels and everything is ready when you arrive. The beds are freshly made.

The small terrace of the holiday flat invites you to enjoy the peace and quiet of the morning with a cup of coffee, especially in summer, or to end the day in pleasant evening temperatures. A cosy seating area allows you to spend relaxing hours outdoors while your little four-legged friend explores the surroundings.

The flat's surroundings are characterised by its proximity to the centre of Bad Ems, which is just a few steps away. A stroll will take you to the heart of the charming spa town. For your self-catering needs, you will find the Rewe grocery store just 240 metres away. A special highlight is the Bad Ems thermal spa, which is around 250 metres away and provides soothing relaxation.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
