The holiday home for 35 persons has two bathrooms and 12 bedrooms and is equipped with two single sofa beds, 42 single beds, 12 double beds and 53 bunk beds. The holiday home is equipped with three heaters, a TV and a stereo. In addition there is a porch and a garden and there are two terraces and three sets of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with two showers, two baths and two washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge, a tumble dryer, a washing machine and a freezer.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, two stoves, an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave.

Detailed information

HausAcht has been available as a modern conference and leisure center for almost 20 years. As a group accommodation, it can be used in a variety of ways by up to 35 guests.

The large kitchen (optionally for self-catering) and four common rooms (including a rustic bar) offer plenty of space for individual activities. Eleven bedrooms (almost all with shower and toilet) for 31 guests provide comfortable privacy.

The accessible KleinHausAcht can be rented separately. This annex offers two additional bedrooms for four guests, an entrance hall with a kitchenette, and a large bathroom with accessible features. Up to three wheelchair users can comfortably use it.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
