The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a DVD player. In addition there is a terrace, a balcony, a set of garden furniture, a garden and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a hairdryer, a shower, two toilets and two washbasins.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a stove, a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven.

On the ground floor of the holiday home you enter a hallway. There you will also find the garage and a heated ski room. In this storage room there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The stairs in the hallway take you to the middle floor. Here is a guest toilet and the living area. The spacious living room has a modern, open kitchen with a large dining table, a south-facing balcony, the kitchen has direct access to the terrace behind the house. Upstairs are three bedrooms, each with two single beds with box springs. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. There is also a cot and a high chair. The cottage has central heating, high quality plumbing and the fitted kitchen is equipped with all luxury and various appliances. The middle floor has a beautiful tiled floor with underfloor heating. There is a TV connection with Dutch channels and a DVD player. There is a charging station in the garage that you can use for a fee. There are many beautiful cycling and hiking trails in the vicinity of the holiday home. In winter the ski slope is only 200 m away. You are in the middle of a ski area with beautiful slopes. Neuastenberg has nice restaurants and its own butcher and baker. The Sauerland is known for its many charming towns and beautiful nature. There are many attractions in the area. There is a lot for children to do and experience, e.g. B. a fun trip to Fort Fun, an adventure park with many attractions. The attractive offers of Winterberg are only 10 minutes away by car from the apartment.

Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
