An accommodation for 4 adults and 1 baby, on the third floor. The wood burner in the living room creates a pleasant warmth and atmosphere. From the living room, you have easy access to the balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the sun. The open-plan kitchen has a seating area and includes a dishwasher, cooker, coffee machine, fridge with ice box, oven, toaster and much more. Both bedrooms have a double bed, one room offering access to the second balcony. Two travel cots and a high chair are provided. There is WiFi in the apartment. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin. When you book, you will receive the SauerlandCard, offering free bus and train travel. There is a lift in the building. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Wood for the wood burner is not provided. The apartment is located on the third floor of a small complex. You can park your car in the garage and there is also space to put away your skis. This apartment is situated in a quiet residential area. It is only 5 minutes on foot from the Erlebnisberg Kappe, with bobsled track, bike park, summer toboggan run and climbing forest. The centre of Winterberg is also within walking distance. There is a great range of shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars. It is a great place for a meal, a drink and to relax. The Winterberg area offers a wide range of facilities for leisure and recreation.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
