Size: 49 m2The apartment is located on the second floor of the apartment complex and is accessible by elevator. It has an open-plan living area which contains the kitchen, living room and dining table. The sitting area by the television has a sofa and separate armchairs, and the PlayStation 4 is a great extra. The dining table next to the kitchen offers seating for four. The well-equipped kitchen has a stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle. This one-storey apartment has one bedroom with two single beds (80 x 200 cm), a closet and a chest of drawers to store your clothes. The sofa bed in the living room provides a second sleeping option for two people. The bathroom has a shower stall, toilet, wash basin, and storage cupboard. There is a nice balcony with seating at the front of the accommodation, from which you have an excellent view of the bobsled track. A folding cot and high chair are provided for a child up to two years old. Pets are not allowed. You can park your car in the underground garage, which is accessible by elevator.

During the ski season, the lively and snug Winterberg ski resort offers a wide range of adventures on skis. In summer, the German nature is a sight to behold. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
