The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a balcony, a set of garden furniture, a barbecue and a garden. You can park your car on two parking lots. The badroom is equipped with a washbasin, a hairdryer, a shower and a toilet.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a stove, a microwave, an oven and a dishwasher.

This beautiful apartment is on the top floor of an apartment building in Winterberg-Elkeringhausen.
You enter the spacious apartment of approx. 85 m2 via the staircase and get into the hallway with the cloakroom. The cozy living room has a comfortable seating area and dining area for 6 people. The living room gives you access to the balcony. The closed kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. The large bedroom offers space for 4 people, there is both a 2-person bed and a bunk bed and there is plenty of storage space. The second spacious bedroom has a double bed and closet with ample storage space. The modern bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower and toilet. Garden furniture is available. There is also the possibility to clean your MTB in the garden. This apartment is an ideal base for going out during your stay in Sauerland. After a long day on the slopes, after a brisk walk or a vigorous mountain bike ride through the rolling countryside, it is wonderful to come home to this attractively furnished accommodation. The apartment is on the top floor of an apartment building with two other apartments.

Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
