The light-filled and modernly furnished Winterberg Apartment is located in a quiet yet central location in Winterberg town (400 meters from the large ski lift carousel, 200 meters from Winterberg's market square).
A total of 72 m² of living space is distributed across a hallway, a large living-dining room with an open kitchen and access to the balcony, a spacious double bedroom, a smaller double bedroom with a pull-out bed for a second person, and a brightly tiled bathroom with a bathtub/shower/vanity/toilet. Both the living room and the two bedrooms each have a TV. The apartment also has internet access/Wi-Fi.
The building offers a laundry room with a washer and dryer, which is available free of charge, as well as a basement storage room for skis. Guests can use the two bicycles located there. Keys are available from March 15th to November 15th.
This comfortable holiday apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
