The very comfortable and tasteful Winterberg Apartment is located in a prime location in Winterberg, below the St. Georg ski jump, directly at the entrance to the ski lift carousel and near the start of the hiking trails.
A total of 52 m² of living space is distributed across an entrance hall, a spacious living-dining room (with a fold-out sofa bed for a third and fourth person), a modern kitchen, and a bedroom with a double bed. The modern kitchen, with an additional Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and the bathroom with a rain shower were extensively renovated in 2021. The living-dining room is equipped with new furniture and appliances (43" Smart TV and internet radio).
The spacious balcony faces north.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
