Within walking distance of the largest ski area north of the Alps, the Winterberg Ski Lift Carousel, as well as the bobsleigh run and the Kappe Adventure Mountain with its bike park, summer toboggan run, and panoramic bridge, lies the quietly located Winterberg Apartment, furnished to a high standard and modern standards.

This apartment has a total living space of approximately 60 m², comprising a living-dining room with an open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a shower room, and a covered balcony. As an alternative to the bunk bed, the third and fourth guests can also sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The living room features a smart TV, which also offers Netflix.

Skis can be stored in the ski storage room in front of the stairwell. There is a separate area for bicycles in the underground garage.

This first-class apartment includes a private parking space in the underground garage.

Countless hiking trails begin right outside the house, and a ski rental shop is located about 200 meters away, directly at the Kappe ski area. Winterberg town center is a good 15-minute walk away.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor with an elevator.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
