Detailed information

This detached timber-framed house has been lovingly renovated inside and out, with original timber framing exposed, real wood floors, and high-quality ceramic tiles installed. The villa is modern yet cozy and furnished to a very high standard. The house offers plenty of space on three levels, and our guests enjoy panoramic views of the Siebengebirge hills and a direct view of our alpaca farm, located 150 meters away. Two flat-screen TVs on two living levels, a DVD player, a radio with CD player, and fast Wi-Fi are provided. The wood-burning stove in the living room radiates a comfortable warmth, and firewood is provided free of charge. A large charcoal grill and a fire pit are located in the spacious garage, and there is ample outdoor furniture, lounge chairs, and a parasol.

We offer our guests a trendy barrel sauna for 6-8 people and a rustic barbecue hut for up to 11 people in the garden, as well as a hot tub with a whirlpool function. Firewood is provided.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
