Our newly renovated holiday apartment in Telgte offers modern comfort for two people in approximately 37 square meters of living space. The apartment is part of a house completely renovated in 2025 and is situated on a large property with unobstructed views of the fields. It features a small, equipped kitchen, a combined living and sleeping area with a 1.40-meter bed, dining table, wardrobe, TV, a modern bathroom, and a sunny terrace overlooking the owners' garden. Towels and bed linens are provided once during your stay. The high-quality furnishings and the peaceful location near the Ems meadows and cycling paths make it the perfect retreat – whether for a short break or a longer stay.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires.
