The holiday home for 30 persons has seven bathrooms and 14 bedrooms and is equipped with ten double beds, eight single beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions, two radios, a heater, an infrared sauna and a heather. In addition there is a bar, a football table, a terrace, a garden, a set of garden furniture, a billiard, a bicycle parking, a boules court, a table tennis table, a sauna and a jacuzzi. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with ten toilets, a urinal, 18 washbasins, nine showers and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a garage, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, two coffee makers, an oven and a dishwasher.

Set in the heart of the Eifel Nationalpark near Monschau, this beautifully renovated 14-bedroom holiday home welcomes up to 30 guests, making it ideal for large families and groups of friends. The spacious layout includes a private garden, fenced courtyard, and terrace with garden furniture and a gas barbecue, perfect for outdoor gatherings. Starting June 2024, guests can enjoy a relaxing session in the new infrared sauna.

Located just 1 km from supermarkets, restaurants, and nightlife, and 5 km from a scenic lake and ski lift, the home offers both convenience and adventure. Indoors, a recreation room with games keeps everyone entertained, while free on-site parking and EV charging add practical comfort. Up to 5 pets are welcome (with a local fee), and the fenced courtyard ensures they have space to play.

Please note: fireworks and noisy parties are not allowed, and a concierge is nearby to assist. Public transport is close, and guests are asked to respect the departure time to avoid extra charges. Cutlery and dishes must be dried cleanly, as this is not part of the final cleaning.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
