General

The holiday home for 50 persons has eight bathrooms and 20 bedrooms and is equipped with 25 single beds, 13 double beds and four single folding beds. The holiday home is equipped with two radios, two televisions and a heater. In addition there is a bar, a garden, a football table, a billiard, a terrace, a set of garden furniture, a barbecue, a table tennis table, a boules court and a bicycle parking. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with 22 washbasins, 13 toilets, 13 showers, a urinal and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has a garage, a freezer, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two coffee makers, a microwave, an oven and a dishwasher.

This traditional 20-bedroom holiday home located in the beautiful Eifel Nationalpark near Monschau can accommodate up to 50 guests and is lately completely renovated and modernised. Suitable for large families and groups of friends, this home also features a private garden, a terrace, and a fenced courtyard with BBQ.

The strategic location of this recently convenient holiday home is only 1 km away from supermarkets and restaurants. If you want to witness the nightlife of the region, you can find bars 1 km away. There is also a scenic lake, 5 km away, perfect for picnicking by the banks.

Enjoy the scenic views from the lovely terrace with garden furniture and extend conversations over a fun barbecue there. There is also a recreation room with indoor games to keep you entertained. Parking is on-site. You can bring 3 of your pets to stay.. Fireworks and noisy parties are forbidden, there is a concierge nearby.

Public transport is available 1 km away, and the nearest ski lift is 5 km away.

Note: A stainless steel grill is provided free of charge, it should be returned clean, otherwise we will charge €100 for cleaning costs. All cutlery, plates and other items should also be dried cleanly. This is not included in the final cleaning.

The departure time should be adhered to as we only have a short period of time to prepare for the next group. If the period is not met, we will charge an additional day of stay. (€500 + €150 additional costs).

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
