Exit to the terrace. Kitchen 9 m2 (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Large terrace 70 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Private entrance, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Schiedersee 6 km. Please note: car recommended. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.

Payment terms and -periods
