Our 80 m² 4-star holiday apartment is located near Brüggen, close to the A52 motorway and just before the Dutch border.

It is furnished for two people and offers everything you need for a short break or a longer stay. The charming town of Brüggen (part of the municipality of Brüggen) is about 4 km away (by car) and can be reached on foot or by bicycle through the forest.

The Dutch city of Roermond, frequently recognized for its inviting city center, is only about 12 km away (via the A52). The cities of Mönchengladbach, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Venlo, and Maastricht are easily accessible by car.

The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for hiking, cycling, and water sports.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
