Approximately 100 square meters of living space are complemented by a terrace with garden furniture and a charcoal grill. On the ground floor, you'll find a generously sized, industrial-style kitchen with an open-plan living area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove with oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and dishwasher. The inviting living area features two comfortable vintage-style sofas, a large flat-screen TV, and a fireplace. The sofas can easily be converted into a comfortable guest bed. Also located on the ground floor is a guest bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. A steel staircase leads to the first floor, where you'll find two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, a freestanding bathtub in front of the bed, and a flat-screen TV. A glass door leads to the adjacent bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. In the hallway on the first floor, a fold-down wooden ladder leads to the attic. There you will find two single comfortable beds, should you be traveling with more than four people. A glass elevator completes the convenient amenities, ensuring that even people with disabilities can access the first floor from the ground floor. Next to the apartment is a laundry room with a washer and dryer, which you can use during a longer stay.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
