The character of the old building blends seamlessly with modern, industrial-style furnishings. Approximately 100 square meters of living space are complemented by two terraces with garden furniture and a charcoal grill. On the ground floor, you'll find a generously sized, industrial-style kitchen with an open-plan living area. It is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and dishwasher. The inviting living area features two buffalo leather sofas, a large flat-screen TV, and a fireplace. A guest bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet is also located on the ground floor. A steel staircase leads to the first floor, where you'll find two bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a freestanding bathtub, and a flat-screen TV. A glass door leads to the adjacent bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. A fold-down wooden ladder in the first-floor hallway provides access to the attic. There are two single comfortable beds in the apartment if you are traveling with more than four people. Next to the apartment is a laundry room with a dryer and washing machine, which you can use during a longer stay.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
