The apartment is located in a well-maintained three-family terraced house in a leafy area of Münster-Hiltrup.
From the small hallway, to the left, there is a bright, daylight-filled bathroom with a large shower. A private washing machine is also provided. Shower gel, shampoo, towels, toilet paper... everything is already prepared for your relaxing stay.
Straight ahead is the 50 m² apartment. Directly to the left is the kitchen area with a modern fitted kitchen featuring a 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and coffee machine. If you enjoy cooking, a wide selection of pots, dishes, glasses, and spices is a given. The centerpiece of the kitchen area is the large, solid dining table with its seven comfortable chairs. You can even entertain guests here or hold a meeting. Adjacent to this is the living area. The large, comfortable couch can be converted into a bed, allowing several people to sleep separately. A television is also available.
Behind it, there's a desk with a comfortable office chair, well-equipped with all office supplies. A 100 MB LAN connection for your laptop, along with a Wi-Fi connection, ensures fast internet access.
The sleeping area is visually separated by a room divider. A high-quality 1.80m bed offers the best sleeping comfort. And the large built-in wardrobe has space for your clothes.
A cot and highchair can be provided upon request.
Outside, a small, sunny patio is set up for you. Garden chairs, a table, and a parasol are located just around the corner from the owners' garden.
Parking? On the small residential street, you're sure to find a suitable parking space for your car at any time of day.
As you can see, nothing is left to be desired here. And should you ever need something, the owners live in the house and will be happy to accommodate your needs.
