Completely renovated former farmhouse in the North Eifel region near the health resort of Monschau, at an altitude of 600 meters.

Please note: As of January 1, 2026, the town of Monschau will introduce a tourist tax of €2.50 per person aged 14 and over per night.

Our holiday home is suitable for up to 7 people (max. 4 adults, 3 children) with 110 m² of living space spread over two floors. It features 3 bedrooms (one of which is a connecting room), 2 reading chairs, 2 playrooms, a terrace with a barbecue and garden chess, and a garden with a swing, extra-large trampoline, and slackline. A washing machine, dryer, ironing board, etc., are provided. The holiday home is centrally heated by a modern, automatic pellet stove. The large bathroom also has underfloor heating, and an electric fireplace in the living room creates a cozy atmosphere.

A baby cot can be provided free of charge, and high chairs are available.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
