The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a stereo, a stair gate, a DVD player, a radio, a TV, a heather and a CD player. In addition there is a barbecue, a garden, a bicycle, a bicycle parking, a terrace, a set of garden furniture, a balcony and a trampoline. You can park your car on two parking lots. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, two hairdryers, two toilets and two showers.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a fridge and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment, toys, a cot, a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and a convection microwave.

The loft with balustrade gives the room a particularly pleasant atmosphere and provides plenty of light.

Do you have small children? We know how it is. That's why the house is completely child-friendly: it has a cot (120 x 60 cm), high chair, stair gates at the top and bottom of the stairs, changing mat, night lights and secured sockets throughout the house.

The house is located in Wissinghausen, centrally located between Winterberg (10 km), Medebach (10 km) and Willingen (15 km). Just 2 km away is Kuestelberg, where there are restaurants and a bakery. The house is on the main road that leads from Winterberg to Willingen - this has the advantage that in winter it is ploughed and sprinkled with sand right up to the entrance.

From the house you're in the middle of nature in no time at all, whether it's on foot or by bike. The valley offers numerous hiking opportunities through meadows, forests and heathland. A true paradise for nature lovers and hikers. Possible excursion destinations in the region include: Winterberg, Willingen, Berleburg Castle, Korbach, Ettelsberg, Diemelsee, Edersee.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
