The interior design of our 40 m² holiday flat focuses on intelligent use of space, with comfort and functionality at the forefront. Guests can expect an open-plan living area with two inviting single beds, practical bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe. The adjoining kitchenette is perfectly equipped with a two-ring hob, a filter coffee machine and a kettle for preparing your own meals. A modern bathroom with shower completes the interior. For added convenience, there is free internet access and a washing machine and tumble dryer for communal use in the building.
Outside, our flat stands out due to its central yet quiet location. Despite its position on the first floor, access to the studio is unproblematic, making it easy to get out and about in the city. The car park directly on the street, which is available to our guests, is particularly practical.

The town centre is right on the doorstep, so you can easily immerse yourself in the vibrant centre.
