General

The holiday home for 12 persons has three bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with six double beds or two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a balcony, a swimming pool, a set of garden furniture and a terrace. The badroom is equipped with a bath, three showers, three washbasins and four toilets.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a convection microwave, a coffee maker and a dishwasher.

Note: In Dormio Resort Eifeler Tor the indoor swimmingpool will be closed from monday november 17 untill thursday november 20th 2025. Reason for this closure is the annual maintenance works.
Fridaymorning, november 21st the indoor swimmingpool will be available for guests again.
Tourist tax is 9% of the rental amount, to be paid at the park.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
