The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player, two televisions, two game consoles, a radio, a heather and a stair gate. In addition there is a terrace, a garden, a trampoline, a set of garden furniture, a balcony, a table tennis table, a fitness equipment, a football table, a bicycle parking and a barbecue. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with three washbasins, a bath, two showers and two toilets.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge-freezer, a fridge, a Internet connection (wireless) and a garage.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot, a playground equipment and a cot and there are two high chairs.

Just 200 meters from the Pastorenwiese cross-country skiing area and approximately 15 kilometers from the Winterberg ski slopes, you'll find a true winter paradise. In summer, you can explore hiking and cycling trails or enjoy water sports on Lake Diemel (30 kilometers away).

Barbecues on the terrace, relaxation in the spacious garden, and worthwhile day trips to the surrounding area ensure a truly memorable holiday. Parking spaces, a carport and the quiet surroundings complete the experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
